Founded in 2012 with Rabbi Zachary Truboff, CJAC Lab provided annual artist fellowships, community programs, and learning to enliven the Cleveland Jewish artistic and general community. Spanning the diverse cultural landscape of the Cleveland Jewish community, CJAC Lab provided a place where the common bond was a shared desire, motivation, obligation, and joy in artistic expression. The program received the national Zahav Award for Program Excellence and User Engagement from the JCC’s of North America Organization. In 2016 we partnered with Fellows in Israel and Russia for the theme, Homeland and Promised Land.
